Voices from the Lab.

Field notes from four months of building in Europe — what our founders are making, who they're meeting, and what they're learning along the way.

Young founders working together
From the team · Introduction

Why we started the European Founders Lab

We kept meeting the same kind of person: young, full of ideas, ready to start something real back home — but stuck. Not for lack of talent, but for lack of a place to do the work, a network to do it with, and enough uninterrupted time to actually build.

So we built the thing we wished existed. Four months in Cantabria. A house full of founders. A network of experienced associations behind you, and mentors who set you real challenges every week. Not a course you sit through — a place where you ship.

The deal is honest and two-way. You come to build your own venture and grow your network across Europe through real conversations. In return, you help us grow ours. The best collaborations don't end when you fly home — they start there, when we begin drafting projects together between our two countries.

This journal is where the people living it will tell you what it's actually like — the wins, the awkward first calls, the projects that ship. Honest, first-hand, unpolished.
